By Balónia - Comécio e Decorações Lda takes into account the information on the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs that illustrate the products marketed, in strict respect to the best standards of the market.

Price Information
The retail prices indicated on www.ballooninabox.pt your subdomains are presented in euros. VAT is included in all mentioned prices.
The costs of the shipping service are borne by the user and buyer, and add to the total value of the selected products. By default, the site chooses the minimum value of shipping costs according to the zip code. In case the order exceeds the weight established for the minimum value, the value of the cargo will be recalculated according to its weight and the user or buyer will be informed of the new value before the order is shipped.

BUYING PROCESS

Registration
To place an order you need to access www.ballooninabox.pt and register as a user of the site, filling out the form for this purpose.
Availability of products
All the articles that are in www.ballooninabox.pt are available for order unless sotck is broken, in this case the customer will be warned. However some products may have different lead times, others may be available for immediate delivery. There may still be situations where the product is on the site but it is no longer possible to place your order because it has since been discontinued by the supplier.
Payment options
By Balonia - Comércio e Decorações Lda offers several methods to pay your order at www.ballooninabox.pt:
    • ATM: After the order you have 4 days to make the payment in an ATM / home banking, using the data provided when confirming your order (entity / reference / value). If after the 5th day the payment is not completed the order will be canceled.
    • Paypal: By selecting this means of payment you will be redirected to the page of PayPal where you must make the payment of your order
    • On delivery: You can receive your order and pay directly to the carrier when you receive it.
    • Bank Transfer: You can also choose to pay your order through a bank transfer to the account indicated at the time of checkout. Your order will be sent after verification of value entry into our account.
Order status:
    • Processing - The order is being processed by shipping services.
    • Awaiting payment - The order has been processed by the shipping services and awaits payment to be issued.
    • Completed - The order has already been processed and shipped by our services.
Important Note: Your order will only be processed after we confirm your payment.
Treatment and delivery of the request.
All items are packed in packaging for shipment. If external damage is detected on the product packaging, it must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to such damage on the document proving delivery. You should also contact us on 289 805 001.
Please note that a proof of delivery without reference to damages is equivalent to a product delivered in packaging in perfect condition.
Returns

  1. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, REFUND OR RETURN OF ORDERS
    To cancel your order:
    You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To do this, you should contact us through the customer support number 289 805 001 and send us an email to express your decision to cancel the order.
    At the email you will need to provide us with the order number.

    In cancellation situations, the refund is guaranteed and, made by bank transfer.
    If cancellation occurs after shipment, you must receive the order and, upon receipt of the order by the customer, the customer may exercise his right of Free Termination of Contract in the terms legally provided, and described below.
    In this case the return costs are borne by the customer. These expenses are only the expenses with sending the articles whose order canceled.
    ORDER EXCHANGES: The customer may exchange or return items purchased in the online store. The terms of exchanges and returns can be made up to 14 days after delivery.
    The articles to be exchanged or to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging and without any signs of opening or use.
    The costs of transporting the return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In order to make an exchange of an order made in the online store, you must contact ballooninabox, and must be provided with the order data.

Together with the article (s) you must inform the number of your order, name and reason for the exchange. When the order arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you.
Exchanges are not covered by discount codes that are in effect at the time of exchange.
 
ORDER RETENTION: The return of orders returned to our warehouse due to incomplete or wrong addresses, or absence of the customer at the address of delivery, is done by paying the postage (via ATM with a new refª), this payment being entirely the responsibility of the client.

Other Conditions
Any and all orders can be canceled in the following situations:
   - The ordered products are discontinued and are not available for delivery;
   - Customer data is insufficient or false;
   - Failure to pay the order within 4 (four) days after the date on which it was definitively effected implies the automatic cancellation of the same.

Law and Forum

These general conditions are governed by the Portuguese Law.
All disputes arising out of the interpretation or execution of this Agreement shall be settled by the Court of the District of Faro, with express waiver of any other dispute.
